Let's talk about your ideal customer/client. Getting to know exactly who your are marketing to helps save so much time and money. Sometimes people are actually aiming their marketing at the wrong people and as soon as they niche down and re-discover their ideal customer they start seeing the $$$⁠

What do you know about them?⁠
⁠
The basics: Age, gender, location, occupation. ⁠
⁠
The niche: Material status, kids, career goals, aesthetic preferences, lifestyle, goals, ambitions, struggles, spending habits.⁠

Challenge: Make an "avatar" of your perfect customer/client. Describe everything about them!⁠
⁠

Do you see some of your favorite accounts consistently? ⁠

Because they are posting consistently! The more often you post the more people your posts are shown to. Accounts that post consistently will receive a more ‘organic’ reach on their posts, meaning Instagram will show their posts to more people. ⁠

Remember not every follower will see every one of your posts, so the more often you post the more likely they are to see you. This goes for new people finding you too!⁠

Another way of doing this is by sharing your businesses values. ⁠

Values can be anything from your mission statement to an organisation you donate to, the natural ingredients you use, ethical practices, anything that makes your business - your business. Often your audience will share the same values and that helps them build an emotional connection with your business. ⁠

Making unique rewards for your social followers is also a great way to see how many people from socials use your codes. For example, post a discount code only on social media and see how many people use it, do the same for your mailing list, website. If each platform has a unique code you'll quickly start to see where your audience engages with you the most!
Build an emotional connection with your audience! Many purchases can seem well thought out, researched and planned but we always have a connection to the things we buy through emotion. ⁠
